We are seeking a skilled Program Analyst to join our dynamic team supporting the Office of Naval Research and Advanced Technology Research Integrated Product Teams within NIWC Atlantic. This role will be responsible for the development and communication of market materials and strategies for project and capability areas supported within the two IPTs. The ideal candidate will posses a strong background in professional writing, with experience leveraging the Adobe Product Suite to create infographics, reports, videos, and other visual content to highlight the IPTs current efforts and successes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Development of marketing materials i.e. Slick sheets, videos, presentations, product roadmaps, and reports on behalf of the two IPTs and its projects
- Responsible for all design production of digital and print artifacts.
- Design the layout and creative content for use in the IPT artifacts including all briefs, and other printed materials for IPT use.
- Author, illustrate, edit images, perform print design, perform web design and integrate graphics for visual aids and publications.
- Development of infographics to support presentation and report materials
- Maintenance of all media material and version control through the IPT knowledge management site (SharePoint)
- Improving the messaging, communication, and content of existing materials within the IPTs
- Engaging with project leads and IPT leadership to inform future marketing strategies and information sharing
- Development of training videos for IPT leadership and team members
- Organizing and coordinating various communication initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiarity with Adobe Product Suite and O365 tools including Visio and Timeline-Add In for PowerPoint
- Ability to craft clear, persuasive messages tailored to diverse audiences.
- Expertise in creating high-quality written materials, including reports, presentations, and reports.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- DOD Secret Clearance or higher (preferred)
Salary: $60,000 to align with experience
