- Role: Benefits Specialist/Analyst
- Overview: We have recently transitioned from Paylocity to UKG. We are still ironing out our processes, working with vendors on automation/imports but currently a healthy amount of manual entry so candidate needs to be ok with manual entry even though there is probably a “better way”. Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) files are being worked but not yet fully functional.
Main Duties:- Billing reconciliation
- Collaborating with payroll on premium deductions
- Open enrollment experience
- HRIS integration/automation experience (UKG experience preferred)
- Leaves of Absence experience (preferred)
