What You'll Do

• Masterfully execute tailored haircuts, fades, beard trims, and longer hairstyles to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences, recommending styles and treatments to enhance their look.
• Stay updated on industry trends, mastering the latest hair styling techniques and grooming practices.
• Utilize barbershop/salon software, such as SQUIRE, to efficiently manage appointments and client records.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and ensure tools and equipment are in top condition.
• Offer additional services, such as hot towel shaves, beard edge-ups, and shampooing, to create a premium experience.
• Build strong relationships with clients through excellent communication and top-tier customer service.
• Monitor and contribute to utilization rates and retention rates, supporting the success of the business.
• Assist with front desk duties as needed, including greeting clients and managing appointments.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Barber, with proficiency in fades and longer hairstyles.
• Expertise in grooming techniques, styling products, and creating tailored looks for clients.
• Familiarity with salon management software; experience with SQUIRE is a strong advantage.
• A valid barbering license or certification is required.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• A positive, growth-oriented mindset with a passion for the beauty and grooming industry.

Pay: $24.00 - $51.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 48 per week
