POSITION: HYDRONICS SALES SPECIALIST

JOB DESCRIPTION

· Develop relationships with customers by accurately taking customers’ orders in person, over the phone, and electronically

· Help quote customers on both stock and non-stock hydronic products

· Accurately enter customer sales orders

· Answer customer questions quickly and professionally

· Support the outside sales team when necessary

· Coordinate job-site delivery times with warehouse and delivery drivers

QUALIFICATIONS

· Experience with commercial hydronics and plumbing boiler systems, controls, and accessories is required

· Must be able to assist customers with technical support, system solutions, product selections, and job-site support when necessary

· Positive attitude and ability to work well with others

· Strong verbal and written communication skills along with being a team player

· Must be able to attend occasional company provided education classes which are often conducted after work hours
