Job Summary: As a Trimmer at Illicit Gardens, you will be responsible for the precise trimming and manicuring of cannabis plants to ensure the highest quality product. This role requires attention to detail, a steady hand, and a passion for the cannabis industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trimming and Manicuring: Carefully trim and manicure cannabis plants to remove excess leaves and stems, ensuring a high-quality final product.
• Quality Control: Inspect plants for any signs of disease, pests, or other issues and report findings to the cultivation team.
• Efficiency: Maintain a consistent pace while trimming to meet daily production goals.
• Sanitation: Ensure all tools and workspaces are kept clean and sanitized to prevent contamination.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and high standards of product quality.
• Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and state regulations regarding cannabis cultivation and handling.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous experience in cannabis trimming or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Skills: Excellent hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of cannabis plant anatomy and cultivation practices is a plus.
