The illumifin Treasury Manager oversees and monitors all cash inflows and outflows as well as all banking and treasury operations. The role is responsible for setting up and managing bank accounts (internal and client based) while ensuring a proper separation of duties is present. The role also leads the accounts receivable & billing, cash forecasting, cash monitoring, and reporting to the bank and lenders.
Responsibilities Include
- Developing and maintaining cash flow and rolling 13-week cash flow forecasting models
- Preparing and communicating material trends and variances to previous forecasts to senior management and to investors/lenders
- Monitor and manage the company's cash position to ensure that cash requirements are accurately and timely forecasted
- Coordinates and manages client Accounts Receivable calculations and collection oversite.
- Develops and maintains Accounts Receivable reporting and tracking.
- Oversees and monitors client collections and manages past due accounts.
- Coordinates with AP and Vendor Management Office to ensure compliance with vendor contracts and terms related to payment terms
- Monitoring compliance with debt agreements, preparing covenant compliance analysis and providing covenant compliance reports to investors/lenders
- Assists Financial Planning and Analysis department with budgets and reforecasts.
- Strong engagement skills with key stakeholders internally and externally with key bankers and legal teams
- Prepare presentations and ad-hoc reporting and analysis at management's request
- Assist with integrating new acquisitions into the treasury department
- Identify and implement process efficiencies, including automation of recurring tasks
- Research economic trends and managing interest rates on debt instruments
- Provide input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility
- Other duties as assigned

Education
- Bachelor's Degree required in finance or accounting
- MBA, CTP, or CFA preferred
Preferred Experience
- Minimum of 5 years working in Treasury and Accounting environment
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Experience with banking platforms
- High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytic tools and ERP systems
- Experience with cash forecasting, budgeting, and lender covenant ratio calculations
- Strong understanding of the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement
- Experience in communicating with executives, banking, and other financial institutions for treasury reporting
- Experience with integrations of different companies
- Reviews bank account fee structure, with regular reporting and improvement suggestions to upper management
- Prepares/reviews guaranteed payments calculations
- Other Treasury related projects as needed
- Banking/Credit facility negotiation, three statement model and cash forecasting experience
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, banking platforms, and treasury systems
