How You’ll Successfully Support Our Clients

Serve as a Strategic Partner for Key Accounts

  • Act as the primary relationship lead, ensuring customers see us as a trusted partner rather than just a supplier.
  • Provide strategic guidance on program evolution, ensuring their uniform and branded merchandise solutions align with their business goals.
  • Leverage deep industry knowledge of products, vendors, and supply chain solutions to recommend innovations and drive long-term program success.

Strengthen Relationships & Drive Program Value

  • Lead regular business reviews, delivering insights on program performance, industry trends, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop a customized approach for each key account, identifying ways to enhance cost efficiency, product selection, and overall program effectiveness.
  • Maintain an “in-person” connection to work closely with customer leadership and decision-makers, ensuring their needs are heard, understood, and acted upon.

Anticipate Challenges & Provide Proactive Solutions

  • Identify potential risks before they become issues, collaborating with the inside account manager and internal teams to develop proactive solutions.
  • Keep communication transparent and timely, reinforcing customer confidence in our ability to execute.
  • Offer strategic problem-solving, focusing on business impact and long-term program stability rather than transactional fixes.

Facilitate Communication & Strategic Alignment

  • Act as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for their needs and ensuring our teams align with their expectations.
  • Maintain a high-level perspective on program performance, providing key insights rather than getting involved in daily operational details.
  • Utilize CRM and account management tools (HubSpot and Monday.com) to track account health, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need

  • Proven ability to proactively manage customer relationships and execute strategic account plans to drive program success.
  • 4 years of experience in B2B account management, sales, or customer success, managing complex customer programs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure seamless program execution.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to track engagement, optimize workflows, and drive customer success.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) to track and analyze performance metrics.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to overcoming challenges and improving efficiency.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) to track workflows, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 35%, including overnights and weekends if not local to client’s market.
  • In market reps will be in-person with key contacts multiple times per week, with on-site work up to 4 – 5 days per week.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
