POSITION DESCRIPTION : Repair, rebuild, and setup equipment prior to the copiers and printers that are being sent out to the customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following :
- Sets-up, performs PM's and completes most repairs on models trained.
- Insures equipment is set to the latest specifications.
- Checks and verifies incoming equipment daily.
- Sets up all demo and new machines.
- Assists field technicians and customers over the phone with any questions.
- Maintains equipment in corporate office.
- Performs equipment rebuild procedures for resale.
- Completes orientation training and initial model(s) training successfully.
- Backs up field service technicians on field service calls.
- Other duties as assigned
