Duties

- Manage classroom dynamics effectively to create an inclusive environment for all students, including those with special education needs.
- Collaborate with other educators to integrate physical education with childhood development principles.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participation in class activities.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular sports programs or events that encourage student involvement.
- Utilize library services to enhance lesson plans and provide additional resources for students.
Experience
- Proven experience working with students in an educational setting, preferably in physical education or related fields.
- Strong background in sports coaching, demonstrating the ability to teach various athletic skills effectively.
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and engagement during lessons.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles to support the growth of students both physically and emotionally.
- Ability to calculate performance metrics and assess student progress using appropriate methods.
