Knowledge on Processing/Researching/Reviewing the following: 

· MORD – Miscellaneous Obligations Reimbursement Document

· MIPR – Military Interdepartmental Purchase Request

· DAR-Q – Dormant Account Review (Quarterly)

· How to process Open Documents

· How to identify/process Open Commitments (expiring year documents)

· How to identify/process Cancelling Year documents

· How to identify/process cancelling year minus one year

· How to identify/process NULO’s, ULO’s; CSR’s, DMACT’s, etc.

Candidate will be responsible for processing open funding documents which and contracts within FMSuite and for processing documents that are identified on the DAR-Q “Dormant Account Review (Quarterly)” audit, which identifies documents that have been “dormant” for at least 90 days without any actions. Candidate will perform extensive research using programs identified above and will coordinate findings with supporting documentation either by programs used, other FM Analyst or Contracting Officers associated with the document/MIPR. 

Candidate will annotate finds within FMSuite within the timeframe allocated without discrepancies.

Candidate will be required to provide reports as deemed necessary by leadership to include monthly reports such as MORD reviews; status reports on NULO’s, ULO’s, etc. and must be able to develop and deliver briefing slides and/or be able to brief on any function of this position, to immediate or senior leadership.

Requirements

Candidate will work with the BAE Systems team in tracking/updating their RECON spreadsheet utilizing Contract Modifications received. Review invoice statements to ensure sufficient funding is available on the line of accounting. In addition will work with BAE Systems staff to assist with any potential shortfall funding, etc. 

Must be thoroughly familiar with the following computer programs that interface with FMSuite:

· Word

· PowerPoint

· Excel (emphasis on pivot tables, etc)

· Outlook

· TEAMs

Successful candidate must be able to work on-site with the client in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and exhibit attention to detail, flexibility, have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be willing to work 8 or more hours a day with core hours of operation being 0800-1600 Monday through Friday and be flexible to work weekends when required and potentially holidays.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience with professional certifications.
• Two or more years of progressive experience with degree. Degree can be substituted with experience.
• Travel as required.
