About the Role :
As a Hospice Licensed Vocational Nurse, your primary responsibility will be to provide compassionate and comprehensive nursing care to terminally ill patients in their homes or hospice facilities. Minimum Qualifications :
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of practice.

- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
