Position Title: Outside Sales Document Solutions Specialist (Oahu, HI)
Location: Oahu, Hawaii
Position Overview: The Document Solutions Specialist is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our product offerings, including Managed Print Services (MPS), Large & Small Format Graphics (RIOT Color), Document Management Software (Skysite Projects), Archive Information Management (Skysite Archives), Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Reprographic Services. This role focuses on building new business relationships and nurturing existing client accounts to achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze account metrics and conduct interviews with key customer contacts to identify potential business development opportunities.
- Utilize Hubspot CRM to manage the sales pipeline, consistently closing opportunities across assigned products.
- Follow the sales process, understanding clients' business drivers, building relationships, qualifying potential opportunities, and effectively overcoming objections to close deals.
- Develop and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Deliver presentations on our solutions to various levels within client organizations.
- Collaborate with sales and operational leaders to devise winning sales strategies for acquiring new business.
- Master our Document Solution's Value Proposition and effectively communicate it to clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends and enhance job knowledge through educational opportunities, training sessions, and participation in industry events and organizations.
- Understand and manage accounts to maximize profitability, considering the components of margin.
- Meet position expectations as outlined in the Standards of Performance document for this role.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in prospecting, cold calling, and utilizing CRM tools.
- Strong collaborative and consultative sales approach, with the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.

Education:
