We provide in-house safety and client support, allowing you to focus on what you do best. The Opportunity:

We are offering a unique chance for a highly motivated self-starter to join our team as a Commercial Insurance Producer. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to build and cultivate relationships with community referral partners and clients while enjoying a competitive compensation package.

Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years of experience in Commercial P&C insurance (will accept proven B2B Sales professionals upon licensing)
• A hunter mentality, using multiple avenues to engage your niche and build your book of business
• A drive to help businesses, develop relationships, and advance your career
• Excellent working knowledge of technology and Microsoft Office products
• Ability to communicate clearly in both verbal and written form
• Experience in collecting required information for new business opportunities
• Ability to review and compare coverages, presenting options to prospective clients with an emphasis on service
• Strong ability to learn and retain commercial industry knowledge with a passion to master your niche in the industry
