Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks in residential, commercial, or industrial settings, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and schedules to maintain consistent cleanliness.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members.
- Uphold company standards for quality and customer service in all cleaning activities.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation may be required depending on job locations.
- Must pass background checks as required by company policy.
