JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a General Manager at Imperial Valley Hyundai, you will be responsible for overseeing all dealership operations, driving profitability, and fostering a culture of customer-centric excellence. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skill, must be a strategic thinker, and have a deep understanding of the automotive market.
GENERAL RESPONSABILITES:
- Lead and develop a team of sales, service, finance, and administrative professionals.
- Foster a high-performance culture with clear goals, regular feedback, and accountability.
- Drive a customer-first approach for a consistently positive client experience.
- Oversee vehicle sales to achieve volume, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Monitor sales performance and profitability, providing strategic direction.
- Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth processes in sales, service, parts, and financing.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and brand standards.
- Analyze customer feedback and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Promote a positive work environment fostering teamwork and professional development.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide career development opportunities.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols for a safe working environment.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Two or more years of previous experience in Automotive Sales Management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- Proven ability to drive sales and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management software and Microsoft Office Suite
