Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to set appointment to learn and see relevant examples along with the success they delivered for our clients..
- Schedule appointments for the company founder and president by effectively communicating the value of our offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to ensure appointment confirmations and address any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with the account management team to provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Utilize effective negotiation skills to overcome objections and secure appointments.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the appointment-setting process.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is a must.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies to engage potential clients effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
