PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Prepare and deliver cohesive submission packages including annotations for the tactics as well as references as determined by internal and client-specific guidelines
- Route submission materials to internal team and implement revisions as needed.
- Comfortably balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining an up-to-date tracking document to keep cross-functional team members up to date on the status of the projects.
- Participate in weekly status calls with brand and regulatory teams to discuss status of projects and communicate priorities
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 years of experience
- Proficiency in Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation.
- Strong attention to detail
