Summary
The Operations Manager role is to implement the right processes and practices across the
organization.

The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving
performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance. You should be ready to mentor your team members, find ways to increase quality of customer service and implement best practices across all levels.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Purchase materials, plan inventory in adherence to the assigned budget
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service with respect to creating rapport and relationships with families and kiddos
• Real-time updates and maintenance of Salesforce and Central Reach and other systems.
• Schedule and coordinate therapy appointments with parents and kiddos.
• Notify therapists, BCBAs and staff of any changes or cancellations.
• Maintain the center so it is organized, sanitized, and clean and identify and report facilities issues that arise to coordinate outside vendors as needed.
• Assist therapists with kiddos as needed.
• Enforce InBloom’s learning center rules
• Coordinate schedules with BCBA’s for therapists to properly staff kiddos.
• Participate in interviews and make hiring recommendations for potential new employees
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and
• regulations.
• Assist HR with recruiting when necessary.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Assist with the onboarding of all new clients: Inquiry, Care Coordination, Assessment
• Administrative Documentation, etc.
• Any additional duties assigned

Supervisory responsibilities

• Manage/supervise front desk person.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations management, or related field.
• 5 years experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting.

• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Facilities Management experience
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Healthcare environment experience preferred but not a requirement

Work environment

• Noise Level is moderate to loud

Physical demands

• Prolonged periods of standing and frequent bending.
• Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
