Project Manager Residential Construction
Incendia Partners is representing a Residential Luxury Home Builder seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team. This newly created role provides additional capabilities and leadership as the company builds on its reputation as one of the top luxury home remodelers in Massachusetts, while also expanding its presence in the Custom Home Build market. This Project Manager will be responsible for the firms largest and most complex projects.

Position Summary
The Project Manager will have a strong background in luxury residential construction. This individual will oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule alignment. The ideal candidate will have at least ten (10) years of experience, expertise in managing luxury residential projects, proficiency with ProCore, and hold an active Construction Supervisor License (CSL).
The company's design-build services enable it to develop custom solutions for its clients, and they are currently recognized as one of the top remodeling companies in Massachusetts. This position provides additional capabilities and leadership as they grow their presence in the new construction market and take on even high-budget projects in the luxury remodel market. Projects will include:

Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines and objectives
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project success
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project goals and updates
- Ensure all construction work meets company quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly
- Monitor project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective practices
- Identify and mitigate potential financial risks
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction
- Utilize ProCore for project management, documentation, and communication
- Maintain accurate project records, including schedules, budgets, and reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on residential projects
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Active Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
- Proficiency in ProCore project management software is a plus
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent customer service skills and experience liaising with homeowners
