CSR - Dispatcher

Inception Plumbing LLC of Kansas City, MO is currently hiring for an organized and fast-paced full-time CSR - Dispatcher to answer phones, schedule and confirm appointments, manage inception members, track advertising sources, and dispatch technicians. There will always be a variety of office tasks that you can help with, including entering information into the plumbing software system and QuickBooks. You also assist in various marketing efforts as you continuously improve your knowledge in the residential and commercial plumbing area. This customer service position works a consistent Monday - Friday schedule and earns a competitive rate of $13-$15 per hour, with bonuses. We are hard-working industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun.
