Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an MSAT Engineer located in Fishers, IN. As an MSAT Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining process methodologies for manufacturing operations. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to support technology transfer activities and optimize processes to ensure product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience in process development and technology transfer within the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in statistical analysis and process optimization
- Strong understanding of cGMP regulations and quality systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields
- Master's degree preferred
