Incredible Kid Academy is look for an energetic and reliable candidate to join our family forward atmosphere and join our teaching team. Applicants must be 18 or older and have a High School Education or GED, Experience in Childcare and be willing and able to pass all DHS required clearances to apply. Some of the responsibilities are as followed but not limited to:
- Assisting teacher in planning of weekly themes, lesson plans and daily activities.
- Help observe record and assess each child’s individual growth and development.
- Maintain a safe, healthy environment for children at all times.
- Actively engage in daily routines with children.
- Ensure compliance with all PA DHS rules and regulations, as well as keep up on all professional development trainings.
- Form and maintain professional relationship with parents and families and co-workers.
Summary

Qualifications
- Experience working with children in various settings, including daycare and preschool environments
- Strong understanding of early childhood education principles
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and behavior effectively
- Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
- Background in special education or working with children with disabilities is a plus
- Knowledge of childhood development stages and toddler care techniques
