Indemnity Security Investigations, Inc is Hiring a Security Field Supervisor Part Time/Day Near Miramar, FL
Indemnity Security and Investigations is currently seeking, experienced and adept individual's for the position of Field Supervisor.
The responsibilities of the Field Supervisor position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Prior experience in patrol security supervisor highly desired
- Energetic and focused individual with the ability to take initiative
- Responsible for motivating, coaching and training site employees
- Responsible for enforcing post orders and administering disciplinary actions if necessary
- Ability to write effective and concise reports; knowledgeable of Microsoft Office software and Outlook
- Interact professionally with all levels of individuals in a calm and courteous manner, de-escalate situations before they become hostile or unpleasant
- Handle emergency situation and be able to take the leadership role in assisting employees to perform these functions
- Complete weekly employee inspections; visiting sites to make sure employees are following post orders and are properly dressed etc
Must possess a valid D License (G license is a plus)
Must have a clean driving record
Must be flexible; daytime schedule
