Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and assistance
- Utilize computerized systems to access and update customer records
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Demonstrate phone etiquette and professionalism in all interactions
- Assist with client services and ensure customer satisfaction
-Hand and resolve customer complaints, escalating complex issues to the relevant teams when necessary.
Skills
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to type efficiently
- Experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
