Summary
As a part-time Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be a vital part of our team, handling incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency. With relevant skills in data entry and typing, you will accurately take the customers' messages while providing excellent customer service.
Part-time Inbound Call Center Agent
- Answers phone calls and take messages for clients
- Approximately 25 - 30 hours per week
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to multitask
- Flexible with schedule
- Enjoys talking with people
- Good Typing skills
- Training is done at the office
- Possibility to work from home once a certain skill level is met (approx. 90 days)
