SCHOOL OF PUBLIC HEALTH - BLOO (BL-SPHB-IUBLA)

• Provides administrative support to the dean and other members of the leadership team at the IU School of Public Health – Bloomington.
• Collaborates on projects, schedules appointments, responds to inquiries, and peforms other general administrative duties.
• Helps organize and maintain the dean’s calendar.
• Assists in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
• Responds to inquiries and provides information to students, faculty, staff, and other stakeholders.
• Collaborates on projects and initiatives, including research, planning, and coordination of activities like sending letters, gifts, and escorting VIP guests.
• Assists with planning and coordinating events.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Directors of Special Projects & Executive Assistants to the Dean or other members of the school’s leadership team.
• Collaborates with other student assistants.

EDUCATION

Required

• Currently enrolled as a student at Indiana University

SKILLS

Required

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality

This is an in-person position.
