Senior Business System Analyst

Title: Business Systems Analyst

Location: 1. Pittsburgh, PA 2. Strongsville, Cleveland. OH (Hybrid, 2-3 days in office)

Days of the week: Mon - Fri. There could be weekend work supporting any software deployments.

OT: Minimal overtime for weekend releases. Will be compensated for any over time worked

Duration: 6 Months

Function of the Group:

This role will optimize and scale an existing Product that detects fraud over the phone. The impact this role has within the bank will help increase fraud savings while helping protect our customers from fraud.

Initiatives/Projects: This team supports Enterprise Fraud, Fraud Investigations and Analysts who review potential fraud cases in Pindrop.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The day one responsibilities will include getting familiar with the Product, why we use it, how we use it and where we would like to take it. Will need to understand the architecture and all APIs used within client and on the Pindrop side. It will be critical to understand those pieces to write user stories.

1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and network engineers, to ensure cohesive integration

2. Ability to work in dynamic and fast-paced SAFe agile environment

Must Have Technical Skills:

Understanding of Inner and Outer APIs *No UI work involved

Story writing skills (Agile experience)

Genesys Cloud

Salesforce

Soft Skills:

Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Self-driven individual who does not need to be supervised, can work independently

Interview Process:

1st Round: One on one with HM: 30-45mins - general questions and talk about resume

2nd Round: 2-3 people panel - with product owner and others from the team, more in depth - 45 to 1HR
