Position Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented, innovative, and analytical Project Manager to oversee the complete lifecycle of assigned projects. You’ll ensure projects adhere to safety, quality, timelines, and budget expectations while managing scope, schedules, risks, and team performance.

Qualifications We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in project management, ideally within the commercial or industrial electrical field.
• Background in Electrical: Experience in related trades will be considered.
• Location: Must be based in the Phoenix Metro area and available for full-time work.
• Versatility: Ability to work in both field and office environments.
• Clean Records: Must pass background and driver’s record checks to access secure facilities.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and review project proposals to define scope, timelines, funding, and resources.
• Manage financials, including contracts, payroll, expenses, and materials to protect company interests and maintain client relationships.
• Oversee purchasing activities, negotiate purchase orders and subcontracts, and ensure timely execution.
• Lead teams effectively, communicating objectives clearly and fostering collaboration.
• Administer planning, forecasting, and reconciliation for tools, materials, and resources.
  
  

Skills & Tools Required

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, Planner).
• Familiarity with Bluebeam software.
• Excellent communication and team management skills.
• Strong understanding of industry practices, construction technology, and relevant codes and standards.
