We are looking for an experienced and motivated inside sales/project specialist to join our team at Industrial Service Solutions, a leading supplier of industrial valves and related products for various industries. As an inside sales/project specialist, you will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers
Providing technical support and product information to customers
Preparing and following up on quotes, orders, invoices, and shipments
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions
Managing projects from start to finish, including scheduling, budgeting, coordinating, and communicating with customers and shop employees
Troubleshooting and resolving issues and problems that may arise during the project lifecycle
Ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
To be successful in this role, you should have:
At least 5 years of experience in inside sales or project management in the industrial repair and sales industry
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong technical knowledge of valves and related products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Sage experience a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and accuracy
A positive and professional attitude
