Cloud Engineer

The Client is seeking a senior Cloud Engineer to design, deploy, and manage cloud networking solutions for multiple platforms, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, deploy, and maintain networking infrastructure in AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Collaborate on hybrid connectivity solutions integrating cloud and on-prem environments.
Implement and manage cloud network security appliances, including Arista CloudEOS and Palo Alto PAN-OS.
Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform for uniform cloud configurations and backup solutions.
Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues involving CSP direct connectivity and Telco circuits.
Perform in-depth network performance analysis using tools like Zenoss, Splunk, and Wireshark.
Oversee Change Control procedures, installations, upgrades, and network monitoring to ensure availability.
Document all design and implementation work using Microsoft Visio.
Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotating basis for advanced troubleshooting and escalations.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge transfer with junior staff.

Technical Expertise:

Advanced skills in AWS (VPCs, security groups, Transit Gateway), Azure (VNets, NSGs, ExpressRoute), and Google Cloud Platform (VPCs, Cloud VPN).
Proficiency with routing protocols (BGP, VRFs) and encryption technologies (IPSec, MACsec).
Experience with DNS and split-brain public/private resolution designs.
Familiarity with CSP platforms such as Kubernetes and serverless technologies.
Certifications:
Networking (CCNA/CCNP, PCNSA/PCNSE) and cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) are a plus.
