Position Description:

- Experience is NOT required. We have superb training and ongoing professional development, focused on growing your referral-based clientele base. We also assist with the licensure process (3-10 days to study and pass the state exam) and offer full reimbursement for licensure expenses ($200-300).
- Meet and build relationships with business owners, their employees, and other community members to offer them our industry-leading financial protection. We have an A rating with the BBB and AM Best.
- Utilize the business tools provided to you to help grow your clientele base, including our custom-built CRM system.
- Demonstrate empathy and 5-star customer service.
- Create and run your own full-time schedule, no weekends or evenings required.
- You must be willing to be out in the community, not behind a desk. This is not a phone or computer-based position.
- You take initiative and have natural relationship-building skills; you like people, and people like you!

- $60,000 - $90,000 first year potential and $120-160k within 3 years
- A clear path for quick advancement within your control (within your first 3 months), not based on politics
- Cash Bonuses ($250 - $3,000 per month)
- Stock Bonuses ($2,000 per quarter)

Initial training is efficient and effective, leading to a fast start for new agents.
