The Role:
Infinity is extremely excited to partner with a global leader in data management and marketing. Our client has developed proprietary systems designed around enhancing customer experiences in the automotive industry. Our team of Account Executives focus on executing the fulfillment of these products, directly to the consumer, through outbound calling efforts in both customer service and appointment setting. Candidates who love working in a fast-paced environment, are quick to adapt to new technology, and enjoy helping others would be a great addition to this growing team.
Responsibilities:
· The Lead Generation Specialist will be responsible for driving appointments through initiating telephone contact with existing customer of specific luxury automotive dealerships during scheduled events.
· Responsibilities include outbound calling and scheduling appointments at open times on the dealer’s calendar. Ideal candidates will thrive on working in a fast-paced environment.
· In between dealerships marketing events, representatives will call existing dealership customers regarding service/maintenance reminders.
· Contact customers to establish needs and qualify for right-fit criteria
Ideal Qualifications:
· A competitive drive to be THE BEST
· Previous experience in inside sales and customer service
· Excellent communication skills—both speaking and listening
· Ability to build rapport on the phone
· Willingness to accept feedback and be coached
· Intermediate to advanced computer skills
