Title: RN Labor and Delivery
Location: White Plains, NY 10601
Contract Duration: 10 Weeks Contract (Possibility of Extension)
Shift Requirements: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (3 Days a Week 36/hr a Week 12/hr a Day with alternate weekends)
Duties:
Minimum 2 years of relevant Labor and Delivery experience.
Provide patient-centered care in labor and delivery.
Perform full assessments and exams.
Scrub for C-sections (nurses are expected to scrub).
Manage high-risk OB patients and fast-paced unit activities.
Experience & Education:
License: Valid and active RN license.
Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NRP
Summary:
As an RN in Labor and Delivery, you will be integral to providing high-quality patient care during one of the most critical times in a patient's life. Reporting to the Nurse Manager, you will utilize your core skills in patient assessment, IV insertion, and catheterization to ensure safe and effective care. Your certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NRP will be essential in managing emergencies and supporting mothers and newborns. With premium skills in critical care and experience with EHR systems, you will enhance our team's ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
