We are welcoming an experienced 3D Animator to lead the development of immersive 3D VR 180 animations. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of technical production, build workflows from scratch, create stunning characters and animations, and collaborate with our creative team to set the standard for VR content creation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Lead the creation of 3D characters and VR 180 animations for immersive experiencesBuild workflows from the ground up to streamline animation productionCollaborate with internal teams to align technical execution with creative goalsTake ownership of technical production and optimize animations for VRResearch and recommend the best tools and softwareInnovate and stay updated on the latest trendsYOUR PROFILE : Proven experience in 3D animation, with strong skills in character creation and dynamic animationPassionate about animation and eager to take ownership of the fieldSkilled in building workflows from scratch and exploring new tools and methodsEffective communicator, able to collaborate across technical and creative teamsProblem-solving mindset and proactive in addressing challengesBONUS POINTS : Familiarity with 360° or 180° VR productionExperience with lighting, rendering, or compositing for VRHIRING PROCESS : HR Screening (30 min)Team Interview (1 hour)Case TaskCEO Interview (30 min)Explore our hiring processWHAT WE OFFER :
