- We are looking for a Tier 1 Help Desk Support Specialist to provide efficient technical support and exceptional customer service. This role involves identifying, researching, and resolving technical issues, responding to user inquiries via calls, emails, and tickets, and documenting and escalating unresolved issues to Tier II/III support. Candidates must demonstrate strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills while ensuring timely resolutions. The ideal candidate will work independently with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment and adapt to flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of technical customer service or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (ServiceNow preferred).
- Strong communication skills and ability to document and monitor issue resolution.
- Certifications such as ITIL, Network , A , or Security are a plus.
