At Technomic were seeking a detailoriented Data Entry Assistant to join our Data Management team in a parttime remote capacity. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our menu data contributing directly to our business intelligence services in the food and beverage industry.

As a Data Entry Assistant youll have the opportunity to :

Responsibilities

Accurately collect organize and input menu data into our systems

Utilize internet resources for thorough research and data verification

Collaborate closely with the Team Lead to ensure data quality and timeliness

Manage data using Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel proficiency

Extract and process information from PDF documents

Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive information

Assist in creating reports and summaries based on collected data

Meet deadlines for quarterly menu updates

Qualifications : Required :

Ability to work a minimum of 25 hours per week (up to 29 hours available)

Personal desktop computer or laptop with secure internet connection

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools especially Excel

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Selfmotivation and ability to work independently

Deadlineoriented mindset

Professional approach with adaptability and eagerness to learn

Preferred :

Previous experience in data entry or related roles

Basic understanding of the food beverage and restaurant industry

Familiarity with menu structures
