Job Title: Packaging Data Specialist (BOM)

Pay Rate: $24 to $27/Hr

Duration: 5 months

Location: Westlake, OH

Shift - 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern time (Monday to Friday)

We are looking for a Packaging Data Specialist (BOM).

• Gather information for the creation of a Packaging Bill of Materials with the ability to enter them into SAP or a spreadsheet.
• Technical knowledge of standard packaging terms as well as good technical writing skills is critical to this job.
• The individual will be responsible for collecting technical data gathered from operations or specifications to create article reports.
• Gather information/data for Technical Data Sheets (TDS) from various sources and documents and enter key data into an intranet-based database program.
• We need to follow up with key contacts on the required information and update the team on the status of information collection.

Qualifications:

• College is required ideally with some engineering, packaging science, or science coursework.
• BS preferred or 3 years experience in data entry / SAP work or a laboratory technician who also has demonstrated computer and data entry skills or experience with Bill Of Material creation for new articles.
• Technical knowledge in packaging engineering is preferred.
• Excellent English and technical writing capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
