Salary Range: $38 - $43 per hour

As an Infusion Nurse at Infusion Specialists, you will play a pivotal role in providing life-changing treatments to patients in a state of the art environment. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to work autonomously while collaborating with a team dedicated to innovation, safety, and patient comfort.
- Administer biologics and other infusible or injectable medications as prescribed.
- Provide thorough patient education regarding treatments and procedures.
- Start and discontinue IVs for infusion therapies, including establishing and accessing peripheral intravenous (PIV) lines and ports.
- Prepare and mix medications for infusion.
- Triage and address patient inquiries related to infusion care.
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance care delivery and patient experience.
- Travel to additional locations as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Required Knowledge and Skills
- 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in infusion or acute care settings.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Clear and effective communication skills to optimize patient care and workflow.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, patient-centered environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Registered Nurse (RN) degree; LPN, or BSN.
- Current nursing license in the state of Idaho.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required within 30 days of hire).
- Ability to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirements.
