Ideal Schedule:
- Approximately 18 hours per week. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 11:00 AM–4:00 PM, with one day a week from 12:00 PM–8:00 PM. Hours can be flexible for the right candidate.
- Occasional date nights are a plus, but not required.
Compensation: Based on experience. Starting at $24/hr.

About: A loving family of six in College Grove is seeking an exceptional Nanny and Household Assistant to join their home. This role primarily focuses on nurturing and caring for their 3-month-old baby, including feeding, playing, and developmental support, while also assisting with household tasks such as light housekeeping, tidying, laundry, and meal prep. Occasionally, the role involves supporting their older children (ages 5-10) with homework, carpooling, and playtime. The ideal candidate will be a dependable extra set of hands for Mom, stepping in to handle tasks as needed and proactively finding ways to keep the household running smoothly. Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:
- Infant care: feeding, bottle prep, introducing solids, diapering, potty training, and maintaining a safe and loving environment
- Childcare for ages 5-10: providing homework assistance, engaging in creative play, and safely transporting children to and from activities.
- Organizing and managing children’s laundry, toys, and clothing
- Occasional grocery shopping, meal planning, and meal preparation
- and maintaining an organized kitchen
- Tidying and organizing household spaces like drawers and playrooms; keeping inventory of household items
- General upkeep: vacuuming high-traffic areas, cleaning counters, keeping the sink and dishwasher clear, and wiping stainless steel appliances (the family has a housekeeper for deep cleaning)
- Supporting holidays and events: gift shopping and wrapping, assisting with children’s school events, and helping with special occasions
- Running errands and managing returns
- Managing the family calendar and booking appointments, as needed
Ideal Candidate:
- Is Infant CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification promptly.
- Proactive, adaptable, and takes initiative
- Possesses life experience in raising children and managing a household effectively
- Shares and upholds Christian values, blending seamlessly into the family dynamic
- Experienced with infants (feeding, introducing solids, and diapering), potty training, as well as working with school-aged children
- Warm, engaging, and patient, with a natural ability to connect with children
- Comfortable around dogs
- Holds a clean driving record and is confident driving children safely
- Seeking a long-term commitment with a family and the opportunity to grow with them for 2 years.
