- Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies on a regular basis.
- Gather and organize all necessary documents, such as medical records, police reports, and other evidence.
- Coordinate client treatment plans and monitor their progress.
- Assist attorneys in preparing cases for litigation when necessary.
- Summarizing medical records and preparing demands
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies.
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal injury case management
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with medical records, insurance procedures, and settlement negotiation.
- Technology: Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
