Innovation Learning is looking for after school instructors who are interested in offering exemplary after school programming. We have unique PART-TIME openings for candidates who are passionate about working with students in a school setting.

Come work with us for 10 - 15 hours per week. Monday through Friday, varies about 2:50-5:30/5:45pm
In this role you will:
- Help to deliver our well-rounded proprietary curriculum while engaging children enthusiastically, fostering the 4Cs (creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, and communication).
- Engage with a small group of elementary children while guiding them through all program components
- Organize the daily materials for all lessons and activities, ensuring that all materials are readily available, and the curriculum is delivered.
- Facilitate the morning program schedule for your group of assigned students.
- Implement effective classroom management strategies to ensure the attention, safety, and well-being of all students.
- Assists children with homework, providing direction and offering support.
- Develops strong relationships with students and have fun!
The Ideal Candidate will Have:
- 1-year documented experience working with school age children.
- Experience in a school or classroom setting is preferred.
