What are the responsibilities and job description for the Filling Technician - St. George position at Innovative Labs?
The Filling Technician works in the production area at Innovative Labs to ensure that documentation, specifications, repairs, and cleaning assignments are correct and complete. This position requires a mechanically-inclined person who is able to complete their tasks in a timely manner.
As a Filling Technician, you will:
- Adhere to all company policies and guidelines
- Follow all GMP’s and compliance
- Ensure that cleaning protocols are followed
- Assist switchovers on the bottling system to prepare for the next occurring product run
- Document all cleaning in appropriate log books.
- Perform and meet daily schedule and goals
- Immediately report any inconsistencies in the product to management.
- Understand and properly fill out paperwork with accuracy on a real time basis.
- Keep areas clean and organized
- Communicate concerns and potential process improvements
- Fill out and complete relevant portions of Master Batching Records (MBRs)
- Report to Production Supervisor
- All other duties as assigned
Additional Responsibilities May Include:
- Assist Clean In Place (CIPs) on production equipment
- Assist routine drain cleanings
- Other duties as assigned

- Must possess oral / written communication skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
- Possess basic math skills
- Follow GMP standards and guidelines
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Understand and apply information set forth in SOPs
- Ability to analyze and correct issues in a timely manner
