This position works Monday-Friday 8am to 4pm on-site at our corporate office. Pay is based on experience $18.00 to $20.00 per hour
What You’ll Do:
- Be the First Point of Contact: Greet guests, clients, and new employees with a welcoming attitude. You'll manage our multi-line phone system and ensure smooth communication throughout the office.
- Support Our Team: Provide essential administrative and clerical support across all departments, assist in employee onboarding/ offboarding, and presenting orientations. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and HR department, while also collaborating with our executive team.
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Organize and maintain office operations, including handling mail, managing office supplies, and overseeing employee recognition programs.
- Plan Exciting Events: In collaboration with the Life Enrichment Specialist, help coordinate special events that bring our team together and enhance our workplace culture.
- Facilitate Communication: Support internal communications and foster collaboration between departments, ensuring a smooth flow of information across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:
- Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's degree is a plus. We prefer candidates with 2-4 years of administrative or office management experience.
- Skills: Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving.
- Personality: A positive, customer service-oriented attitude with the ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
- Requirements: A valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods.
- Capability to lift and move office supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds.
