Director of Client Services capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Will be client's first point of contact and will be heavily relied upon by our Certified Financial Planner® practitioners for support
- Must be able to manage our Client Service team to keep tasks on schedule, etc.
- Requires exceptional attention to detail and a pro-active and positive disposition, strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively support the financial planning team and to clearly explain the financial plans to prospective clients.
- He/she must also be capable of closely tracking multiple administrative tasks while fielding client telephone calls simultaneously.
-The candidate must also hold the FL 2-15 license and the Series 65 license and will be encouraged to continue his or her professional advancement with certification opportunities (e.g. the Chartered Financial Consultant and the CFP® certifications).
Other requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Knowledge of RedTail (Preferred)
- Knowledge of eMoney (Preferred)
- Knowledge of Orion (Preferred)
Requirements:
· Insurance and securities licenses. A FL 2-15 and a Series 65 are preferred.
· 3-Year minimum work experience in investment brokerage business.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) is also required.
