The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing all marketing initiatives and sales efforts in life sciences consulting, including product development for pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, combination product, medical devices, software as a medical device (SaMD), and related sectors. This role involves identifying potential clients, driving revenue growth, and positioning the firm as a leader in Global life science consulting including Strategic Regulatory and Submission Services, Product Development, Human Factors and Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) development, consulting and other services.
Education, Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a life sciences related field (Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, etc.), and/or Business Administration and Marketing.
3–5 years of sales or marketing experience in the life sciences industry or consulting space. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Prior experience in managing cross-functional teams or coordinating with stakeholders. organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working with consulting firms or providing B2B services in life sciences. Exposure to strategic account management and business growth planning. Established connections with decision-makers in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare sectors preferred.
