Day to Day:

The administrative assistant will be aiding one of Insight Global’s premier clients in the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. The admin assistant will be focused on providing clerical duties for managers within the office. These task includes scheduling appointments, giving information to callers, taking notes, and relieving clerical work from officials. An excellent administrative assistant will have excellent interpersonal skills, extensive, computer skills, and well-versed in planning and time-management

Must Haves:

• High School Diploma or Educational Equivalent
• 4-6 years of administration experience including, but not limited to: scheduling, note-taking, data entry, and clerical work.
• This roles in onsite 5 days a week. Monday - Friday

Compensation:

$18.00/hr to $19.00/hr.

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
