We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer for an innovative and fast-paced marketing and communications firm in Philadelphia. You would be leading the creative services department and working with large national and international energy and technology clients on a variety of print and digital projects.
Job Responsibilities:
• Lead the creative services department
• Work on multiple time-sensitive print and digital projects
• Own the design process from ideation to completion
• Work with web development team to create websites and mobile application layouts
• Coordinate with outside agencies, printers, etc. to complete projects
• Communicate with clients in a professional manner and keep internal teams appraised of progress
Qualifications/Skills:
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
• Experience creating brands (from conceptualization to execution)
• Experience designing professional, sleek PowerPoint presentations
• Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD
• Strong digital and print design experience
• Understanding of user interface and user experience as it relates to website and mobile application development
• Familiarity with brand guidelines
• Ability to correctly prep files for print
• Time management skills
• Communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure
Education and Experience Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or equivalent professional experience
• 5 years of experience in graphic and creative design, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment
The pay will be 45/hr with flexibility depending on experience level.
