Develops, executes and provides directed oversight of company’s Quality Management System. Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials. Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment. Utilizes Quality Problem Solving Tools, performs root cause analysis and implements corrective actions. Validates that corrective measures meet reliability standards and documentation is compliant with requirements. Performs statistical analysis, assesses controls and manages risks of product quality. Audits quality and manufacturing systems for deficiency identification and correction. Collaborates with manufacturing to develop statistical process controls. Performs on-site quality audits.
