Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Aesthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a
strong background in aesthetic services, particularly in laser hair removal, and a commitment to delivering
exceptional client care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform laser hair removal treatments with precision and safety.
- Provide a range of aesthetic services, including facials, chemical peels, and skin assessments.
- Experience in VI Peels, microneedling, hydrafacials, laser tattoo removal, IPL, dermaplaning, radiofrequency microneedling, PRP microneedling, resurfx, laser genesis is preferred but not required.
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in skincare and laser treatments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Aesthetician in New Jersey
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aesthetics, with a focus on facials and laser hair removal
- Proficient in various skincare treatments and procedures.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for aesthetics and a commitment to ongoing education.
