Job Overview
InstallTech, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to complete residential installations.

Installers Needed for:

Home Appliances: Dishwasher, Over-The-Range Microwave, Gas Range, Built-in Cooktops and Ovens, Gas Dryers, etc.

Electrical & Plumbing Fixtures: Ceiling Fans, Lights, Garbage Disposals, Faucets, Toilets, Sinks, Garage Door Opener, Etc.

All positions available! On the job training for all!

Experienced Installer ($50K - $75K annually)

Garage Door Opener Installer ($19 - $22 / hr)

Installer Trainee ($18 - $21 / hr)

Assistant Installer ($15 - $18 / hr)

All training happens from our York, PA location.

Applicants for the Lehigh Valley and Mount Pocono areas will be required to train in the York area for up to 6 weeks (non-concurrent, 4 nights per week, lodging is provided)

Requirements:

• Be motivated and ready to learn new skills and techniques.
• Be willing to submit to background screening.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum two years’ experience for Installer position.
• Be familiar with tools and usage.
• Be organized and neat.
• Have great communication and service skills.

Duties

• Install and assemble equipment according to schematics and technical specifications.
• Operate a box van for the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Troubleshoot issues related to installations and repairs, utilizing mechanical knowledge effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, including service reports and inventory usage.

Skills

• Proficiency in reading installation instructions and technical drawings.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Experience as a delivery driver, particularly with box trucks.
• Ability to assemble various types of equipment efficiently.
• Skills in equipment repair, demonstrating both electrical and mechanical knowledge.
• Previous experience as a service technician is a plus, showcasing hands-on problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
